2. Please bring identification documents (ID card, passport, or driver's license) for registration upon check-in. The hotel does not accept check-in for individuals under 18 years old without an accompanying legal guardian. In necessary cases, the hotel may request identification documents for verification.
3. To protect your booking rights, the guest name on the reservation must match the identification provided during check-in. And it is required to provide the same identification documents during the check-in process for verification purposes.

5. The hotel does not provide extra bed service. Children aged 7 and above require their own bed. To maintain accommodation quality, excessive occupancy is not accepted.
6. To ensure the rights of other guests and the quality of accommodation and dining:

• • Please keep noise levels down after 10:00 PM to avoid disturbing other guests.
  • Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel. Violators will be responsible for any consequences and compensation.
  • Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises according to the Statute for Prevention and Control of Infectious Animal Diseases announced by the Forestry and Nature Conservation Agency, to maintain the environment and quality of the park. Violators will be responsible for any consequences and compensation.
  • Parties, gambling, excessive drinking, drug use, or any illegal activities are prohibited on the premises. Violators will be responsible for any consequences and compensation.

1. If the reservation is canceled more than 14 days before the check-in date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
2. If the reservation is canceled 10 to 13 days before the check-in date, 70% of the deposit will be refunded.
3. If the reservation is canceled 7 to 9 days before the check-in date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
4. If the reservation is canceled 4 to 6 days before the check-in date, 40% of the deposit will be refunded.
5. If the reservation is canceled 2 to 3 days before the check-in date, 30% of the deposit will be refunded.
6. If the reservation is canceled 1 day before the check-in date, 20% of the deposit will be refunded.
7. If the reservation is canceled on the check-in day or no cancellation notice is provided, the deposit will be forfeited in full and will not be refunded.

• For limited-time and limited-quantity room reservations, room rates and contents may be adjusted according to the hotel's special offers. The actual deduction ratio of the deposit will be based on the content of the offer.
• If an extension is needed, the deposit will be retained for a period of three months (each order is limited to one extension). Please inform the hotel of the new check-in date within three months, and the room rate announced for that date will prevail. Failure to inform the hotel of the new date within the deposit retention period will be considered as waiving the rights, and the deposit will not be refunded.
