•  We already offer discount of this project. If there are fewer people staying, no further discounts will be provided.

•  Please come in during service hours to enjoy your meal. If the meal coupon is not used up on the same day, it will be invalid and no refund or exchange for other meals will be allowed.

• In order to maintain service quality, extra beds and extra persons are not provided in all hotel rooms.

• The hotel is located in national forest area. If you drive by yourself, you need to park in the parking lot of the Alishan Visitor Center. After parking, you can take the hotel shuttle bus. The shuttle bus runs every half an hour.
