A minimum of 10 participants is required for the tour. If the minimum is not met, it will be replaced with an afternoon tea valued at $150/person (provided based on the number of room guests).

For "Quadruple Room" bookings with fewer occupants, the price can be adjusted. Please contact us prior to your stay to modify the booking. Same-day modifications are not permitted.
Meal vouchers must be redeemed during the designated meal times; unused vouchers will expire and cannot be refunded or exchanged for other meals.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM; Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
To maintain service quality, additional beds or extra guests are not permitted in any room type.

The hotel is located in a restricted area. Guests driving must park at the Alishan Visitor Center's public parking lot and transfer to the hotel shuttle bus, which operates every 30 minutes.
